I know it has been 2 years or maybe more that I haven't released anything new...
the past few years have been incredibly humbling for me and there were a lot of transitions that happened, even in just 2023 alone.
Since my EP, 'Obra' - I have not released any new material because I have been waiting for the right time.
You know, as an artist, I think it's so important to wait until it's actually time.
I wanted to put new music out there that I am proud of, new stuff that I'm going to be able to say I carefully and meticulously created, songs that are meaningful to me, knowing that I did not let myself get caught up in rushing things just to be relevant.
If I rush things, if I release music that I'm not happy with; it'll be a disservice to my purpose, my music, and of course, to all of you.
All of you who have been there since day one.
Even some of you who only have just discovered me recently.
I want my music to add value to people's lives and I'm so glad that I'm still able to pursue my career even after 13 years since I started.

I know for a fact that this is all because of God's grace in my life and the people He has sent me to invest in my career, including you, my frands (fans+friends)
So grateful for all the opportunities and all the seasons I've had the honor of experiencing in this lifetime; everything in my life that has made me grow and turn into the person I am meant to be.
So this year of 2024, now that I am an independent artist again, I am dedicating this season to making more music, to releasing new songs, and to doing more for the community we have built in the music industry, both artists and the fans.
I love my journey as a musician and I would not trade this life for anything else.
Speaking of new music, I'm so proud and so happy to say I'm finally releasing a new song this March 1, 2024!!!! 🚀
'PLANETA' is a song that tells a story of how when we fall in love, it's like we get to be inside someone’s world as we get to discover more and more about them.
It’s like you’re in a different planet, inside that person’s beautiful space where you see, find out, learn and understand their fears, dreams, and experiences... everything that made them into the person we are falling in love with.
I love my process into this song because it was all so spontaneous, light, and fun. There was no pressure and I think, back in 2022, it was the first song I was able to finish after awhile of experiencing creative block. And I was just so happy finishing a new song that I genuinely love!
We actually started recording in January of 2023 but put it aside for months while I waited for the perfect timing to revisit it.

Everyone in my team worked hard to create something magical with this track, that's why I want people to know how excited I am to share it with everyone 🥹
